Industries

Built for kitchens, not contracts.

Every line item your operation runs on, disposables, smallwares, chemicals, and uniforms, sourced direct from the manufacturers we already buy from for our largest restaurant groups, and shipped through the same broadline networks you already trust. No contract minimums. No proprietary catalog. No surprise price hikes when the kraft commodity moves.

Who we serve

Three foodservice formats. One supply model.

Whether you're running 3 locations or 300, your dedicated account manager understands your format, your menu mix, and your cost structure. We staff our reps from operations and procurement, not from food sales, so the conversation starts at the line-item level on day one.

Multi-unit restaurant groups

Regional, fast-casual, and full-service groups consolidating disposables across 5–500 locations. One catalog, one invoice, one rep, across every site in your portfolio.

Typical operators: Restaurant groups, multi-concept operators, franchisees

Independent restaurants

Single-unit and small-format kitchens that want broadline pricing without broadline minimums or contract lock-in. Order what you need, when you need it, on your own delivery cadence.

Typical operators: Bistros, cafés, ghost kitchens, food halls

Hospitality & catering

Hotels, banquet halls, contract caterers, and event venues with concurrent service formats and seasonal volume swings. Custom par levels by season, branded printed packaging via Inteplast and Pitt Plastics, and consolidated invoicing across every cost center.

Typical operators: Hotels, country clubs, catering companies, stadiums
Categories we cover

Every disposable line your kitchen runs on.

18,400 active foodservice SKUs across six core categories. Drop us your last invoice, we'll map every line to a direct-from-mill equivalent and show you the per-SKU delta within four business days.

We'll match it SKU-for-SKU, show you the savings line by line, and handle the catalog migration ourselves. No commitment until you've seen the numbers.

How a typical onboarding goes

1
Week 1

Invoice analysis

Send your most recent broadline invoice. We map every SKU and produce a line-by-line cost comparison.

2
Week 2-4

Catalog setup

Your dedicated rep builds your custom order guide with your par levels, delivery cadence, and approval workflow.

3
Week 4-5

First delivery

Same trucks, same drivers, same dock. Different invoice.

4
Quarterly

Reconciliation

We publish manufacturer pricing changes and reconcile any commodity adjustments openly inside your customer portal.

What we don't do

We don't sell food. We don't carry produce, proteins, or frozen. If your broadline truck arrives Monday with chicken and Tuesday with paper goods, the Tuesday delivery is what we replace, not the Monday one. That's why most of our customers keep their broadliner contract in place and route disposables through us.

Free SKU-level cost analysis

Send your last 90 days of invoices.

We'll come back with a line-by-line comparison against direct-manufacturer pricing within 4 business days. If we can't beat what you're paying, you've lost 15 minutes. If we can, you've found a new supplier.
